Flow Snowboarding Team Athlete Philipp Kundratitz was just filming with Sölden and QParks. Sölden and QParks are now known across the world as a great place to catch some big features at the end of every winter and their new feature The X does not disappoint. The park armada was tired of the same old massive kickers, so this year their aim was to find something more playful for the riders. The X is one big step up jump and two hips, but to an experienced rider, it was a playground for finding different combos, new approaches and transitions.

While snowboarding in Greece, these boarders’ Odyssey began with the challenge of making it to Kalavryta without ending up in jail, being eaten by dogs or getting caught in a rockvalanche. It becomes quickly apparent that this isn’t your usual snowboard trip. Flow Snowboarding team athlete Antoine Baduel alongside fellow Frenchmen Remy Barreyat and Anto Brotto landed in Athens and headed for Peloponnisos on the very southern tip of Greece. After battling the wild weather they found endless terrain that had barely been touched by snowboarders and put these incredible new lines through their paces.
The past few years Colorado’s Sophia Capua has been proving to the Flow Snowboarding family that it is never too early to get your little Flow Micron to kick into their snowboards. Now that this winter’s competitions are settling down, Flow had a chance to catch up with Sophia’s mother Pam Capua, to take a glimpse at the Capua Clan.
Where is home for the Capua Clan?
Are you guys originally from the Colorado area?
I am from California and my husband Trapper is from Hawaii. Sophia was born in England and Trapper Jr. (TJ) was born in Japan.
